Capitol Communications, Inc., (“Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customer’s personal information. What do we use your information for?

Your TSP account is password protected so that unauthorized third parties do not have access to the personal information accessed through the network management services. We recommend that you do not give your password out to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited e-mail. Remember to log out of your account by clicking the Logout button or close your browser window when you have finished your work. This ensures that others cannot access your account or any personal information if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.

We use the industry standard encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL). By default, all transmissions are SSL encrypted. In addition, we store all password and gathered network information in encrypted format.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk.
